Hong Kong Police Certificate Fingerprints in Toronto

If you are applying for permanent residence, citizenship, or a job in Canada and need a Hong Kong police certificate, you must submit a full set of fingerprints with your application. Goodwin Canada is an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting agency in Toronto. We take your fingerprints in ink on the Canadian C-216C fingerprint card and provide our RCMP accreditation letter. We have helped many Hong Kong clients, and we serve you in English and Mandarin.

What Is a Hong Kong Police Certificate?

A Hong Kong police certificate, officially the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC), is issued by the Hong Kong Police Force. It confirms that you have no criminal conviction on record in Hong Kong.

Common uses include:
1. Permanent residence or citizenship applications in Canada
2. Visa or immigration applications to other countries
3. Employment or professional licensing

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) generally asks for police certificates from the countries where you have lived. Follow the instructions in your IRCC letter for your exact requirements.

Why You Need Fingerprints in Canada?

The Hong Kong Police Force requires every applicant to submit a full set of fingerprints. If you live outside Hong Kong, you take your fingerprints where you live, then mail them with your application to Hong Kong.

How Goodwin Canada Helps

1. We take a full set of rolled ink fingerprints on the Canadian C-216C card
2. We check print quality on the spot, so your prints are not rejected for smudging
3. We provide our RCMP accreditation letter, which you can send with your fingerprint card
4. We help you complete the information fields on the fingerprint card
5. We explain each step in English or Mandarin

Based on our experience, the Hong Kong Police Force has accepted this approach. Final acceptance is up to the Hong Kong Police Force, so please also check their latest instructions.

Our RCMP Accreditation Letter

Goodwin Canada has completed the RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) accreditation. It authorizes us to take and submit civil fingerprints electronically for non-criminal purposes. We include this letter with your fingerprint card.

How It Works

1. Prepare your forms. Download the application form and fingerprint consent form from the Hong Kong Police Force website, then complete and sign them as instructed.
2. Book an appointment. Book online and bring two pieces of valid government-issued ID, at least one with a photo.
3. Get your fingerprints taken. We take your ink fingerprints on a C-216C card and give you our RCMP accreditation letter.
4. Mail your application. Send the originals to the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction Office, 14/F, Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, 1 Arsenal Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and pay the processing fee as the Hong Kong Police Force instructs.
5. Wait for the result. If there is no criminal conviction on record, the certificate is generally sent directly to the requesting authority (for example, IRCC). You do not receive a copy.

Cost
Our fingerprinting fee is $60 CAD (tax included). See our pricing page for details. The Hong Kong Police Force charges a separate processing fee, as announced on its website.
